And a new story arc...
I have two theories for that
- She's River Song or someone else in the library database (hence 'heaven' - when you were saved, you would live in a perfect world)
- She's a regeneration of the Master (this one was just a guess really, she seemed to have a similar personality to him and she has known the doctor for a while - before he regenerated into 12)
